Client:  Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority Beacon was awarded a contract to design and deliver leadership development program for LA Metro’s Operations division, under the leadership of a new Chief Operations Officer.  Beacon customized and delivered quarterly leadership workshops to the 90+ managers and supervisors in the Operations division to build a high performance culture, create greater accountability and personal responsibility, self- empowerment, collaborative decision making and effective teamwork.

Client: Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood  Empowerment (LA DONE) Services have been provided to the following Neighborhood Councils: Pico, Van Nuys, Greater Echo Park Elysian, North Hills East, Watts, and MacArthur Park Beacon has a long-term contract with DONE to provide leadership development services for Neighborhood Council (NC) boards.  We have conducted leadership development focusing on issues ranging from communication, organizational management, working in teams, collaboration and decision making.
