Beacon as a prime firm was contracted for a nine-month engagement with the Planning Bureau of the City. We conducted an organizational assessment which helped to identify the problem areas and inform the development and delivery of trainings and management coaching. Topics covered included communication, permissive engagement, recognizing your leadership style, creating a high performance culture, effective project management, public speaking, and professional writing. Beacon further conducted management development group and individual coaching sessions with the management team.
Beacon is additionally providing executive coaching to managerial staff in the office of the City Manager on performance enhancement issues.
