Beacon was awarded a contract to design and deliver leadership development program for LA Metro’s Operations division, under the leadership of a new Chief Operations Officer. Beacon customized and delivered quarterly leadership workshops to the 90+ managers and supervisors in the Operations division to build a high performance culture, create greater accountability and personal responsibility, self- empowerment, collaborative decision making and effective teamwork.
