Beacon was selected as a subcontractor to assist an international management consulting firm with the development of the enterprise-wide strategic plan for LADWP, including a SWOT analysis of 9,200 internal employees and thousands of external stakeholders including business, labor, environmental, and neighborhood groups through online surveys, focus groups and interviews; and developing an internal and external communications strategy for plan implementation.  We facilitated a leadership retreat and developed questionnaires for stakeholders to provide input into the planning process.
