Beacon Management Group was an award-winning California-based professional services consulting firm founded in 1997. The firm operated successfully until its voluntary closure in 2014, when the founding partners chose to pursue separate professional interests.

As management and organizational development consultants, the firm served as a trusted strategic advisor, helping organizations align their people, policies, and processes with evolving business objectives. Beacon guided the alignment of stakeholders—including employees, boards, and customers—with organizational strategy while strengthening policies and systems to better serve both internal and external stakeholders.
Beacon partnered with larger firms specializing in transportation planning, engineering, architectural design, and energy utilization. The firm brought a unique social and behavioral perspective to complex projects through its expertise in public policy, economic development, communications, and organizational development.

Recognized for our creative approach to aligning priorities and issues together for collective public benefit, in 2011, Beacon received the Leadership Award for Planning for Sustainability from Southern California Association of Governments.
For our community service and commitment to social responsibility, Beacon received the Corporate Leadership Award by the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center and received honors as Corporate Supplier of the Year by Southern California Edison and the Southern California Minority Business Development Council.
