Dr. White, a Senior Associate with Beacon, is an
Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, and
Management Consultant who specializes in
researching, analyzing, developing and training
individuals to grow and to rise to their highest
potential within their living and work
environments. During the past thirteen years she
has worked with many individuals and organizations
to significantly improve their quality of work-life,
quality of customer service, improve work relations,
create productive team environment and increase

Claudia has extensive experiences in a number of
industries including banking, airline, health care,
higher education, real estate, government agencies,
and counseling. She has worked successfully in both
the domestic and international arenas. Claudia has

As a consultant, she has worked in several large
organizations conducting needs assessments,
analyzing work relations, developing performance
strategies and delivering training programs. Her
goal is to meet the customers where their needs
exist; therefore, programs are tailored to meet
specified and identified criteria.
Dr. White has worked in the international arena in
the area of tourism development and hospitality. In
the domestic arena, she has served numerous
organizations in strategic planning, organizational
development, training, customer retention, team
development, employee, facilitation, leadership and
workforce development. She continues to conduct
research and to teach at the university level in the
areas of management and psychology.
