Glenn Rowe is an experienced trainer/facilitator with subject matter expertise in team development, continuous improvement, problem solving, decision making, leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution. Glenn conducts train-the-designer and train-the-trainer programs.  He has lead instructional designers, classroom facilitators and others and has developed and published custom courseware and materials.

Glenn has extensive experience in performance development and talent development. He provided comprehensive development services in team development, process improvement, problem solving, decision making, leadership, performance management and conflict resolution.

Glenn served as Manager, Organization Development & Training for the City of Pasadena, CA from 1999-2007.  He created the Organization Development & Training function from the ground up, including an extensive array of leadership and management programs, and process skills such as project management and decision making.
