		Gale Irvin, B.S., Associate
		Gale Irvin is an Associate with Beacon Management Group’s Disaster Planning division. Mr. Irvin has significant experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. His work includes plan development, testing, and vendor evaluation. He has led disaster recovery projects at major companies and has extensive knowledge of computer technology.

		Mr. Irvin has managed disaster recovery projects at firms such as Motorola, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Johnson Financial Group, Harris Bank, and First Union Securities. At Johnson Financial Group, he also acted as Project Lead for Business Continuity Planning. Mr. Irvin served as Disaster Recovery Specialist for the Illinois State Police, where he conducted disaster recovery training, created crucial procedures and applications, and reviewed the Bureau’s Overall Disaster Recovery plan.

		*Educational Background:*
		Mr. Irvin graduated from Depaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science. He has also taught classes in Network Technologies at Elgin Community College. Mr. Irvin was awarded the ABCP (Associate Business Continuity Planner) designation in 2003, adding to his numerous other certifications (CNE, CCNA, PMP, MCSE).
