Dr. Taylor is Senior Associate with Beacon
Management Group with expertise in organizational
development, strategic planning, institutional
communication, budgeting, leadership development and
executive administration. He has held Vice President
positions at two state universities, has taught
university level courses on the subject of
organization, supervision and leadership and has
influenced quality enhancements in executive
management in student affairs. |

Dr. Taylor was
formerly the Vice President of two large public
universities--California State University, Los
Angeles and West Virginia University. He
served as former chair and currently vice-chair of
the advisory board of the Paralegal Program at West
Los Angeles Community College; former chair and
member of the executive board of directors of
Wilders Preparatory Academy; and current member,
board of trustees, Wilders Preparatory Academy
Charter School, Inglewood, CA. He is editor to the
Oracle for Zeta Tau Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity, Inc., and president and CEO of Zeta Tau
Foundation, Inc. |

Broadcasting Institute, Beijing, Xi`an, Hanjzhou,
Shanghai, Peoples Republic of China: a group in
Manama, Bahrain; and St. Antony's College-Oxford
University.

as the group leader of a seven college and
university delegation that traveled to Taipei at
the invitation of the Ministry of Education,
Taiwan, ROC, to study the educational system of
Taiwan.
